Michelle Monaghan had melanoma, she now recommends using sunscreen

White Lotus star Michelle Monaghan says there is not enough awareness about skin cancer and has called on the US FDA to ban cancer-causing tanning beds. The 49-year-old had her melanoma removed more than a decade ago after spotting a mole on her leg. Also known as a black tumour, melanoma is the most dangerous type of skin cancer.
