Michelle Obama says Queen told her royal protocol is 'rubbish'

Michelle Obama has revealed that Queen Elizabeth II had dismissed royal protocol as "rubbish" in 2016. The former US First Lady said she was panicking about how to act when the Queen collected her and Barack Obama from their helicopter during their visit to England. "[You're] remembering protocol and she says 'Oh it's all rubbish, just get in'," Obama said.
