With 14% market share, Micromax has overtaken Apple (9% share) to grab the second spot in the tablet market in India in the second quarter, as per the data released by International Data Corporation (IDC). Samsung occupied the top position with 19% market share. The overall tablet shipments in India stood at 0.86 million units in Q2 2014.
