Microsoft acquires 10.89 lakh sq ft of commercial plot in Pune

Microsoft Corporation (India) has acquired 10.89 lakh sq ft of commercial plot at Pimpri Waghere in Pune from Finolex Industries for a consolidated amount of ₹328.84 crore, reports said. Microsoft is reportedly planning to develop a large hyperscale data centre at the location. Microsoft will hold the lease rights for the land for the next 37 years.
