Microsoft brings AI lawyer to Word to handle complex legal tasks

Microsoft unveiled "Legal Agent" in Word, built to support the precision and rigour legal work demands. The AI-powered agent was built in collaboration with legal engineers and follows structured workflows shaped by real legal practice, managing clearly defined, repeatable tasks like reviewing contracts clause by clause against a playbook. It is available on Windows through Frontier program in US.
