Microsoft has acquired a 16.4-acre land parcel in Pune's IT hub Hinjawadi for around ₹453 crore, as per documents from Square Yards. This is the second land acquisition by Microsoft in the area after it purchased a similar-sized plot for around ₹520 crore in August. In 2022, the firm purchased a 25-acre plot in Pune's Pimpri-Chinchwad for ₹328 crore.
