Microsoft expects fewer than 3,000 of 60,000 employees to accept exit offer
Microsoft expects 3,000 or fewer employees to accept its voluntary exit offer announced this week, a spokesperson told Business Insider. The company has offered the buyout to 60,000 employees in India, the US, the UK and Canada. CFO Amy Hood said she expects "very few" employees to accept buyouts "because of the growth opportunities" at Microsoft.
