Microsoft on Thursday confirmed that Outlook users all over the world experienced issues accessing their Exchange Online accounts for nearly four hours. The company's tweet reported the cause of the outage to be a recent configuration update which was later reverted. A Microsoft spokesperson told Forbes that there was no indication of any malicious activity being the cause.
