Microsoft planning to combine OS for Xbox and Windows

Microsoft’s VP of XBox Gaming Devices, Jason Ronald, revealed that they are working to combine the best from Xbox and Windows operating systems. He added that the company does not want the Xbox OS to be locked behind a single console and want to elevate the gaming experience across various handheld devices. A handheld Xbox is also reportedly under development.
