Microsoft says Copilot helped thwart major cybercrime network
Microsoft said it recently disrupted two tools widely used in cybercrime networks globally, Amadey and StealC, by using its Copilot to analyse the malware. The firm targeted the cybercrime "assembly line" where similar tools were used for ransomware attacks, financial fraud and disruptions to public services. Microsoft said it identified over 1.4 lakh computers infected with the tools globally.
