Microsoft unveils AI-powered 'Copilot' for Word, Excel, other apps

Microsoft on Thursday unveiled AI-powered 'Copilot' system for its Microsoft 365 suite that consists of apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Copilot will help users create presentations based on prompts, summarise key points discussed in a meeting and draft emails, among other things. Microsoft said it's currently testing Copilot with some customers but will expand it to more soon.
