Microsoft's Xbox shuts multiple studios globally, lays off staff

Microsoft's Xbox is shutting down multiple studios across several countries. Studios such as 'Hi-Fi Rush' maker Tango Gameworks, headquartered in Tokyo, and Canada-based Alpha Dog will be among the studios to be closed. Some employees will also be laid off as part of the process. This comes after Microsoft laid off 1,900 Activision Blizzard and Xbox employees in January.
