Middle East war disrupts circuit board supply chain
The Middle East war has disrupted supplies of key raw materials and pushed up prices of printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in most electronic devices, Reuters reported. Iran had struck Saudi Arabia's Jubail petrochemical complex, halting production of high-purity PPE resin, a key PCB laminate material. In April, PCB prices surged up to 40% from March, Goldman Sachs analysts said.
