Middle East war to cascadingly impact global economy: World Bank

Middle East war will have a cascading impact on global economy, even if a ceasefire announced by US President Donald Trump takes hold, World Bank President Ajay Banga said. He said global growth could fall by as much as one percentage point if the war endures. The war persisting could increase inflation by 200 to 300 basis points, he added.
