Mind not in control: RJD on Nitish placing pot on IAS officer's head

Reacting to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar placing flower pot on IAS officer S Siddharth's head, RJD leader Mrityunjay Tiwary said Nitish's activities are bringing "shame to the state". "This shows that his mind is not under his control. He is being controlled by a group of bureaucrats," Tiwary stated. The incident happened at LN Mishra Institute in Patna.
