Minor attacks Israeli Embassy in Serbia in attempted terror attack

An attempted terrorist attack took place outside the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia, after an assailant, reportedly a minor, attacked a security guard with two knives, Israeli Foreign Ministry said. The guard shot the attacker dead, while no embassy staff were injured in the incident. The attack came as Israel held its first parliamentary elections since October 7 Hamas attack.
