Motorcyclist Gurvinder Singh of Yamunanagar died after a car driven by a minor hit his bike at the Sector 20/30 intersection in Chandigarh around 5:30 am. The teenager had taken the car without informing his family. A case has been registered against the minor under BNS provisions for rash driving and causing death by negligence.
