Mira Nair announces 'Amri' with Priyanka Chopra & Jaideep Ahlawat

Filmmaker Mira Nair has announced her upcoming feature film 'Amri', inspired by the life and work of painter Amrita Sher-Gil. The ensemble cast for the film includes Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jim Sarbh, Emily Watson, and Anjali Sivaraman. Mira Nair said, "Every film I've made in the last several decades has been inspired by the art of Amrita Sher-Gil."
