Mirae Asset MF bought 6.4% stake in CarTrade Tech for ₹278 crore

Shares of CarTrade Tech Limited surged 5% to ₹1,034 on Wednesday, after Mirae Asset Mutual Fund bought 30.22 lakh equity shares (or 6.4% stake) in the company worth around ₹278.02 crore. However, a foreign investor Highdell Investment Limited exited the company by selling its entire 8.64% stake, worth about ₹375.2 crore.
