Mischievous provocation: India as Pakistan raises Kashmir issue at UN

India's Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador P Harish criticised Pakistan for raising the Kashmir issue during a UNSC debate and called it a "mischievous provocation" and "despicable". "We're well aware that the condition of women belonging to minority communities...in that country, remains deplorable," he added. The debate was on 'Women Building Peace in a Changing Environment'.
