Miyanpur will be renamed Ravindra Nagar: Yogi Adityanath

UP CM Yogi Adityanath announced that Miyanpur village in Lakhimpur Kheri will be renamed Ravindra Nagar after Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. During an event where Hindu families displaced from Bangladesh were given land ownership rights, Yogi said, "Congress failed to grant them ownership rights...instead, village was named Miyanpur to conceal their identity, even though no Miya lived there."
