MLAs can't climb on desks to protest: Ahmad on J&K Assembly ruckus

Responding to the ruckus created in Jammu and Kashmir's Assembly after MLA Khurshid Ahmad Sheikh raised a banner calling for the restoration of Article 370, National Conference leader Sheikh Bashir Ahmad, stated, "Protesting...is a right...but if you climb on...desks, the people doing it cannot be MLAs."
