Karnataka state education minister Madhu Bangarappa’s ‘inability’ to speak Kannada has raised concerns about the quality of education being provided to students, according to MLC S L Boje Gowda. Following his election victory, Gowda visited the Koragajja shrine, emphasizing the urgent need to address the 50% vacancy in teaching positions.
