Mob attacks cattle transporters, police in T'gana ahead of Bakrid; 9 arrested

Ahead of Bakrid, a mob attacked cattle transporters and police personnel in Telangana’s Saroornagar area on Tuesday, leading to the arrest of nine people. The incident occurred late at night after a vehicle carrying eight bulls was stopped on suspicion that the animals were being taken for slaughter. However, police said the cattle were being transported for a film shoot.
