Mob brings down Lenin's statue in WB's Murshidabad, probe on

A video from Jiaganj in Murshidabad, West Bengal, has surfaced on social media, showing a mob vandalising a statue of Vladimir Lenin and bringing it down. TMC MP Mahua Moitra alleged that BJP workers were responsible for the act. Authorities are probing the incident. The BJP is set to form the government in the state after winning 207 seats.
