Mob vandalise BJP, Congress offices in Manipur; 1 protester killed

A 20-year-old Khundrakpam Athouba was killed in a firing during a clash between security forces and a mob that was vandalising offices of BJP and Congress in Manipur's Jiribam district. "They brought furniture...out of the properties and made a bonfire out of them," officials said. The mob was protesting against the killing of women and children abducted by militants.
