Mock drills held at Pune hospitals to check COVID-19 preparedness

Mock drills were conducted at 123 private and government-run hospitals in Pune on Monday to oversee preparedness amid a rise in COVID-19 cases in the country. Out of the total 5,805 beds, 2,204 are already functional, Pune Municipal Corporation officials said. This comes after the Centre asked states to be on alert and keep all preparedness for COVID-19 management.
