Model sues Kanye for allegedly sexually abusing her during shoot

Rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, was sued by a model for allegedly sexually assaulting her during a music video shoot in 2010. The model, identified as Jenn An, has accused him of gagging and choking her till she blacked out. Jenn claimed she was also racially profiled and no one helped her during the alleged assault.
