Ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal, who claimed that she had an affair with US President Donald Trump in 2006, has apologised to the President's wife Melania Trump. However, adding, "There was a real relationship. There were real feelings...He would call me baby or beautiful," Karen said she broke up with Donald in 2007 as she felt "guilty".
