Modi has delivered ‘confrontational federalism’: Congress

Congress on Thursday, 4 April, termed an “outright lie” Centre’s claims that the delay in releasing drought funds to Karnataka was because the state submitted its application late and accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of indulging in “confrontational federalism”. Jairam Ramesh said eight months after it was first raised, the Modi government was now fabricating stories to defend its inaction.
