Moeen fined 25% of his match fee after pic showed him applying drying agent to his hand

England all-rounder Moeen Ali has been fined 25% of his match fee after a picture showed him applying drying agent to his bowling hand during the first Ashes 2023 Test. Moeen was found to have breached Article 2.20 of ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to displaying conduct contrary to spirit of the game.
