Mohali travellers’ Swiss tour fails; MakeMyTrip to refund ₹13 lakh

The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh, directed travel company MakeMyTrip to refund over ₹13 lakh, along with interest, to three Mohali residents for cancellation of their Switzerland tour package at the last moment.Gurdeep Sekhon and two others, in separate complaints stated they paid over ₹13 lakh, but later received refusal letters from Swiss Embassy.
