Mohammad Shami bowls longest Champions Trophy over by an Indian

Mohammad Shami bowled 11 deliveries in opening over of Champions Trophy 2025 match against Pakistan, the longest by an Indian and the second-longest ever in the tournament. Shami's 11-ball over surpassed Jasprit Bumrah's nine-ball over, which also came against Pakistan. The record for longest overs is held by Bangladesh's Hasibul Hossain and Zimbabwe's Tinashe Panyangara, who bowled 13-ball overs.
