Mohammad Shami ruled out of IPL 2024, to undergo ankle surgery abroad: Report

Pacer Mohammad Shami has been ruled out of IPL 2024 owing to a left ankle injury, for which he'll undergo a surgery in UK, PTI reported. The 33-year-old last played for India in the ODI World Cup 2023 final against Australia in November. The report further stated Shami had taken special injections in London in January, but they didn't work.
