Mohana Singh becomes 1st female pilot to fly fighter jet Tejas

Squadron Leader Mohana Singh has made history by being cleared to become the first female fighter pilot to join the 18 'Flying Bullets' squadron, operating 'Made in India' LCA Tejas fighter jet's squadron. Notably, Mohana was part of the first group of three women who became fighter pilots in Indian Air Force. Up until recently, she was flying the MiG-21s.
