Moldova needs international support to cope with Ukraine crisis: PM

Moldova PM Natalia Gavrilita said on Tuesday that the country requires international support to cope with the influx of refugees from neighbouring Ukraine amid the ongoing Russian invasion. Gavrilita added that Moldova, which is hosting about 1 lakh Ukrainian refugees, requires financial assistance. Germany has said it will aid Moldova in reducing its economic and financial dependence on Russia.
