Mom's Belief parent files UDRHP for IPO to fund expansion plans

Rays of Belief, the parent company of child development and therapy organisation Mom's Belief, on Wednesday filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) with SEBI for an IPO to fund its expansion plans. The IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of 60 lakh shares with no offer-for-sale component. The company had filed IPO papers in August 2025.
