Mom tattoos keyboard on her arm to help autistic son communicate

When her autistic son Hunter's AAC device ran out of battery during a meal, Jessica Fletcher watched him draw a keyboard on a napkin to communicate. Inspired, she got a keyboard tattooed on her arm, giving Hunter a battery-free way to "speak". His first typed word was "Mama". The touching idea has since inspired keyboard shirts and similar tattoos.
