Monsoon clouds pick up pace after not advancing for days

The southwest monsoon is picking up pace after failing to advance for days following its onset in Kerala on June 4. IMD's satellite picture showed clouds in parts of central India. IMD said there are conditions for further advancement of the southwest monsoon in parts of Maharashtra, Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand & Bihar, and parts of Chhattisgarh around June 23.
