Moody's cuts India's 2025 GDP growth forecast to 6.3%
Moody's Ratings has lowered its forecast for India's GDP growth in 2025 to 6.3% from 6.5%. "Uncertainty surrounding global economic policies is likely to take a toll on consumer, business and financial activity," the ratings agency said. It further cited geopolitical stresses, including tensions with Pakistan, as "another potential downside risk" to its baseline forecasts.
