Moon-bound astronaut's Microsoft Outlook crashes aboard Artemis II spacecraft

Artemis II Commander Reid Wiseman contacted the mission control after Microsoft Outlook crashed on his personal computing device (PCD) aboard the Orion spacecraft. Wiseman reported two instances of Outlook running, with neither of them functioning. The mission control remoted into his device and resolved the issue. Notably, the toilet fan on the spacecraft also jammed on Day 1.
