More the weight of money you put on files, the faster they move in our system: Gadkari

Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has said there's need for "transparency and time-bound decision-making practice" in government system. "There are some 'Newton's fathers' in our system and files move faster only if you put more weight (of money) on them," said Gadkari. He further said sometimes even for filling potholes on roads "the order of the boss is required".
