More tourists visit Gujarat's Statue of Unity than Statue of Liberty: Official

Gujarat's Additional Chief Secretary Rajiv Gupta claimed that more tourists visit Gujarat's Statue of Unity than the Statue of Liberty in the US. Before COVID-19 pandemic, 13,000 tourists were visiting the statue daily, while around 10,000 tourists visited the Statue of Liberty last month, he said. Statue of Unity is a family holiday destination of international standard, top officials said.
