MosChip to acquire 73% stake in Vayavya Labs for ₹245 crore

MosChip approved the acquisition of 73% stake in Vayavya Labs for ₹245.49 crore, including ₹148.52 crore cash and ₹96.97 crore equity issuance. The company will issue 50,50,686 shares at ₹192 per share. Vayavya Labs reported ₹83 crore turnover in FY26, supporting semiconductor and engineering capabilities and growth.
