A Moscow barbershop has been slammed for offering a 'Hitler Youth' haircut for toddlers. The 'Hitler Youth' haircut is a variant of the undercut. The store owner apologised after the matter emerged, adding, "we would like to say that the use of this title was inappropriate... All of the catalogues have been taken away."
