Moscow concert hall attackers tried to flee to Belarus: Lukashenko

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has revealed that Moscow concert hall attackers initially tried to flee to Belarus after the attack. Lukashenko added that he closed Russia-Belarus border after the incident on Russian President Vladimir Putin's request. Earlier, Russian officials had claimed the attackers were headed towards Ukraine, which Russia initially claimed was behind the attack.
