Most expensive house in US put on sale for over ₹2,200 crore

Chartwell Estate, located in Bel Air, California has been put on sale for $350 million (₹2,200 crore), making it the most expensive house in the US. The estate covers 10.3 acres of land and features a 25,000-square foot mansion. Chartwell, built in 1933, has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, temperature-controlled wine cellar, tennis court, 75-foot pool and parking for 40 cars.
