Most states have army but Pakistan Army has state: IAF chief

Indian Air Force chief BS Dhanoa has said, "In most countries, state has an army. But in Pakistan, army has a state." Adding that Pakistan will keep Kashmir "boiling", he said Pakistan's Army would lose its privileges if peace was reinstated. He added he can't afford to send his children to Ivy League colleges and settle down like Pakistani Generals.
