Mother jailed for 16 months after boyfriend kills 2-yr-old son in US

US woman whose boyfriend killed her two-year-old son while she was at work has been jailed for 16 months. Rebecca Hogue was found guilty in November for the murder of her son, under Oklahoma's "failure to protect" law. In Oklahoma, parents who fail to protect their kids from child abuse can be charged with the same crimes as the abuser.
