Mother of democracy PM Modi was talking about: Sibal on NCP crisis

NCP leader Ajit Pawar and several MLAs of his party on Sunday joined Shiv Sena-BJP alliance-led government in Maharashtra. Reacting to the development, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal said, "I guess this is the mother of democracy that Modiji (PM Narendra Modi) was talking about in his address to the US Congress."
